AND1 is an athletic shoe company specializing in basketball shoes and apparel. Founded in 1993, it took streetball to a international level and expanded a small footwear brand into a multinational company offering brand extensions like DVD products and video games and television programming.

T2AP Creative Team was born out of the in-house marketing department at AND1 Basketball. The tasks of concepting, developing and producing every piece of marketing, both domestic and international, for a $200 million brand was what brought us together. With no time, money or creative reason to hire an outside agency, we delivered countless campaigns for over 5 years that included global efforts for then endorsers Kevin Garnett, Ben Wallace, Stephon Marbuy and Shawn Marion. Also, we creatively directed and led all marketing efforts for the AND1 Mix Tape property beginning in 2000 and continuing until the company was eventually sold in 2005.

During these formative years at AND1, we learned a lot of valuable lessons from guerilla marketing techniques to blending creativity into every part of the process in order to make ideas happen no matter what the constraints. We have built our business on these skills and continue to apply them to every new client with whom we have the opportunity to work.

Brand Identity Design
The AND 1 brand went through many identities during our tenure. We took the fragmented identities and unified it across all of the AND 1 brand, including the Mix Tape property, The High School Championship and the master AND 1 brand.

Print advertising was one of the main mediums for getting And 1's message out there. We developed many campaigns over the years and below is a sample of the tow page spreads and single page executions that appeared in such publications as Mime, Slam, Complex, Sole Provider and ESPN the magazine.
